The Lake Camp wallpaper and fabric collection is a fond reflection on cherished summer vacations spent canoeing and swimming in Maine. By the lake, nature offers her own easy listening station with the sound water softly lapping a rocky shore and a Loon’s call in the morning mist.
Now I live on a small pond in the Maine woods that’s claim to fame is the size of it’s water snakes. It’s a bit removed from a true Lake Camp experience, but that doesn’t stop us from making the most of it’s tiny shore line. The first chirp of the peeper in the spring is cause for celebration (is that just a New England thing?) and the Whip-poor-wills sing their own lullaby. And yes, we’ve even had the occasional Loon stay a day or two on it’s migration.
I wanted to capture every bit of this outdoorsy zen-ness with this collection. I hope you’ll invite a dash of Lake Camp into your home and make everyday feel like a little escape.
